BAPTISM
Holy Love extends a heartfelt invitation to join us on a journey of spiritual growth and renewal through the sacred act of baptism.
As believers, baptism symbolizes our commitment to Jesus Christ, embracing His love, forgiveness, and grace. Whether you are taking this step for the first time or reaffirming your faith, baptism is a significant and joyous occasion to publicly declare your devotion to Christ and to become part of His eternal family.
Let us continue to grow in our faith, guided by the light of His love. If you feel called to take this transformative step, we encourage you to reach out to Bishop and he will get a date set up for you.
CHECK IN WITH NEIGHBORS
In the spirit of God's unyielding love and compassion, let us remember to reach out to friends and neighbors, near and far, and check in on their well-being. A simple phone call, a kind message, or a thoughtful visit can make a world of difference in someone's life.
We are called to spread God’s love and support to all. Let us be vigilant in lifting each other up, nurturing our connections, and being there for one another, just as our Lord has always been there for us. Together, we can create a strong and nurturing community where God's love shines brightly.
TUESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
Call into the HLDT Conference Line on Tuesday Nights at 6:30pm for Corporate Prayer followed by Bible Study. If you have any questions, please reach out to Bishop.
SUPPORT NEEDED
HLDT has a full calendar of events, classes, and fellowships and we need your support to ensure all is a great success and to continue to expand our offerings. Share your God-given talents and gifts, fellowship with your church family, and support our summer ministries. We need help weekly with cleaning, including regularly checking the fridge for old items and removing.
Reach out to Elect Lady if you are able to support the church and your church family in these ways, or if there is another gift you would like to share
REMINDERS
Mother Shirley’s Gallery Event: God has blessed Mother Shirley with an upcoming gallery event to share her artistic gifts. Throughout August, her show will be on display and available for purchase in Colorado Springs (address on hldtchurch.org).
Summer Family and Friends Sundays: Oh hold.
Housekeeping: Please pick up “your space” before leaving the fellowship hall, kitchen, or sanctuary. This reduces the need for extra cleaning & keeps the bugs out. No children in the kitchen without adult supervision and permission to make food or drink items.
